Adam specializes in providing customized solutions to business owners through the management of their group benefits and retirement solutions. Before joining OneLife, Adam was a benefits consultant with a top Canadian insurance company for over 9 years where he worked with group clients of all sizes. During this time, he obtained his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Adam decided to join the team at OneLife as he is passionate about helping both employers and employees achieve their unique goals. He is dedicated to providing a high level of service to his clients and is driven to provide the best solution possible, giving business owners peace of mind.
Jill joined the OneLife Group Benefits & Retirement division after acquiring 20 years of experience as an Employee Benefits Account Executive at one of Canada’s largest national insurance providers. During this time, she developed extensive knowledge and expertise in the group insurance industry, and furthered her education by obtaining her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, as well as a Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate from Queen’s University. Jill chose to join the benefits team at OneLife because she is passionate about truly making a difference in our clients’ success. You will find Jill creating and executing strategies to ensure that our clients are successful in getting their desired outcome as it relates to their corporate benefit programs.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Jennifer brings immense knowledge working previously for one of Canada’s largest insurance providers. With a background in employee benefits, she assists the OneLife group division as a highly effective Client Relations Manager, providing benefits and pension clients with a first-class experience and by ensuring their needs are fully met, all the time.

Meghan Manion was born and raised in the GTA and moved to Eastern Ontario in 2006. Meghan has over 15 years of experience specializing in employee benefits and group retirement programs - nine of those years were spent working for national insurance carriers. Working with clients directly and helping others is Meghan’s passion. She enjoys tackling and solving problems for our corporate clients, and her main goal is to make their lives easier by taking ownership of any client concern. Her exceptional attention to detail is truly an asset, as she ensures nothing is missed while providing outstanding service for our clients and their employees. Outside of the office, Meghan’s two sons’ sports schedules dictate where she will be at any given time! She can also be found at the lake in the summer, and at the rink in the winter enjoying time with her family.
